Course 100 - The Principles of Unitary Appraisal

Course 100 - The Principles of Unitary Appraisal offers a comprehensive treatment of unitary appraisal principles for beginning appraisers or appraisers new to unitary assessment. The appraisal process is covered in depth; from developing the three approaches to value, reconciliation and determination of value, and allocation and apportioning of the appraised value.

Course 102 – Principles of Property Tax Auditing

Course 102 - Principles of Property Tax Auditing is designed to give students exposure to a complete basic audit program. Topics covered will include an introduction to auditing and the audit process, audit standards, audit-appraisal guidelines, audit selection criteria, preparation and planning, accounting, accounting systems, field auditing techniques, records that need to be reviewed, taxpayer relations, preparation of the audit report, and incorporating audit findings into the appraisal process. Course 100 should be completed prior to taking Principles of Property Tax Auditing.
